Ordering & Delivery
Placing your order
Your order may be placed in a number of ways, the most popular and efficient being online through our secure website. If you prefer, you can also phone or email us your order.
Over the phone: Simply give us a call on 1300 554 209 and tell us what you would like to purchase. If you can't get a hold of us, just leave a quick message and we'll call you right back.
Email your order to info@leatherfinishingproducts.com.au. We will get back to you to confirm your order and payment.
Payment options
We have several payment options available:
1. Credit Card -The fastest and most efficient payment method is to use your credit card securely through our website. There is a 2.5% transaction fee.
2. Direct Deposit
Deposits can be made to the following account:

Please ensure you leave your order/invoice number and name as a reference when transferring funds, and then email us to confirm payment. Please note that payments can take up to 48hours to clear and your order cannot be sent until payment has cleared.
Delivery within Australia
At Leather Finishing Products, we know how important it is to have quick, safe delivery of your order, that's why we use Australia Post overnight express for all of our deliveries. The best news is that most express post packages are delivered to your door within 1 working day if you live in or near a city. Some remote areas may take a little longer. If you'd like to know when your order will arrive, simply ask us and we'll let you know.
All deliveries require a signature on delivery, so please let us know if you give authority for your parcel to be left without a signature, along with any other delivery instructions.
All orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on business days will be posted that same day, how good is that! Outside of these times, it will be posted next business day. Please note, we observe all Queensland public holidays.
Please note these delivery times exclude any custom made products. Allow up to 7 days to receive your custom made items.
We charge a flat rate of $11.00 Australia wide on all orders.
Any orders over $165.00 are delivered FREE of charge!

We also offer a free pick up option for our Brisbane/Gold Coast customers. Please arrange a specific time by calling 1300 554 209 or email info@leatherfinishingproducts.com

International orders
All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Air Mail. Generally your order will be posted within 2-3 days and received within 3-10 days, depending on where you live.
Email us if you'd like to know exact timing to your country.
For International shipping fees and delivery lead times, we will contact you to let you know the exact details. This can be paid via credit card or direct deposit.

All queries during business hours will be answered ASAP. Outside of business hours, we will do our best to get back to you promptly. No question is too big or small and we're here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days.
The item being returned must be in original condition, unused, bottle tops and labels intact and in original packaging.
Faulty Items
Our items are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order, before sending it on its way.
If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange, or refund. Please report faulty or damaged items as soon as possible so we can rectify quickly.

Exchanges
Return the item to be exchanged to the above address. Be sure to include a note with your name, order details and what you are exchanging for. The return shipping of your new item will be at our expense.
Refunds
Once you have contacted us to discuss your return, please send the item back to us at the above address (unless otherwise arranged). Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item in its original condition.
