Most in-stock orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day where possible. Custom formulations, colour matching and made-to-order products may require additional lead time.
Yes. LFPA primarily uses Australia Post Express services for Australian deliveries to help products arrive quickly and safely.
Yes, international shipping is available on selected products via Australia Post Registered Air Mail. Shipping times and availability may vary depending on product type and destination. Speak to our team to arrange your international order including shipping rates, delivery timeframes and payment options.
Yes. Pickup can be arranged for local customers by appointment. Our factory address is: 15/28 Burnside Rd, Ormeau, Queensland 4208
Tracking details are supplied once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress. All deliveries require a signature on delivery, so please let us know if you give authority for your parcel to be left without a signature, along with any other delivery instructions.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Find information relating to returns, faulty items, exchanges and general after-sales support.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, products may be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days provided they remain unused, in original condition and with packaging, bottle tops and labels intact.
LFPA carefully checks and packages all orders prior to dispatch. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact the team as soon as possible to discuss an exchange or refund. Photos of the issue can be helpful.
Please contact LFPA via phone or email to discuss your exchange or refund request before returning the item. Return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected in its original condition, the refund will be processed accordingly.
